DAILY CLEANING SCOPE OF WORK
ENTRANCES – EXECUTIVE OFFICES - COMMON AREAS - RECEPTION AREA – LOBBY - HALLWAYS – OTHER OFFICES NOT NOTED - CONFERENCE ROOMS – LUNCH ROOMS – BREAK ROOMS – ELEVATORS – STAIRWELLS – OUTSIDE BREAK AREA - OTHER AREAS NOT NOTED
Ø Dust all cleared surfaces of desks, file cabinets and other flat surfaces
Ø Spot clean horizontal surfaces for removal of spillage, marks, and water rings.
Ø Empty all trash and recycling receptacles and remove to a collection point. Replace liners as necessary.
Ø Clean fingerprints and smudges from entrance glass and entry doors.
Ø Spot clean fingerprints and smudges from entrance glass.

Ø Disinfect partition and handles.
Ø Disinfect entrance door handles.
Ø Clean all dispensers.
Ø Clean all mirrors.
Ø Clean all fixtures.
Ø Clean and disinfect sinks.
Ø Clean and disinfect toilets and toilet seats

Ø Dust all accessible baseboards in cleanable areas
